The food heritage of Odisha is quite diverse. However, rice is the staple food in most of Odisha. Indigenous communities from time immemorial have been making varieties of food items made from rice. One of these is chaula bara, a local delicacy in the western part of Odisha, especially in the Sonepur and Balangir regions. This is our first food travel video on Odisha's food heritage.
